Christmas time! As our present for all of you, we will now open the last door. Only one picture this time, but one many of you will hopefully appreciate:
We hope you enjoyed our small calendar and the last couple of weeks. About the release date of our Project: we are making good progress, but we also want to produce a game that’s as complete and polished as possible. Hopefully, you gathered that during the last twenty-three days. Therefore, our work is still far from complete. We can’t give you a release date after our last estimate was so far beyond the point. We can’t even exclude that there will be another Christmas special before our work is done, but we will do our best to finish before that.
In any case, we hope you will keep up your interest and trust in us and our project. And don’t worry: one day, we WILL be finished.

Excellent! How did you ever manage that? The modding progress in the German section is just a sealed book (more like a sealed library :p) to us poor non-German speaking people.
But I think that the colour saturation of the hair could be reduced a bit.

I am habituate to the aspect of the hero in the game. I will have to analyze if I will like this mod. There doesn´t exist form of which it is optional? For example, in a Marvin mode, when you could insert your clone, the clone has the original aspect of the game, without pigtail.
jesus!, what’s wrong with you?, in all Gothic saga the Hero has pigtail, i don’t know why the guys of PB cut it from the hero in G3, i gonna love this mod, at last G3 will be like his antecessors

But, this hair style correctly call a ponytail in English version, not a pigtail. And how the tail will be displayed with helmets, it won’t stick out of a helmet mesh?
The tail will disappear when you equip helmets. It is like the default armour for NH, the only difference is that it is counted as a helmet. When you don’t have any armour equipped, a default outfit is automatically equipped on the hero. In the same way, the ponytail will be equipped on the hero whenever there is no helmet equipped. It works exactly like the hair in so many games – when you wear a helmet, the hair mesh disappears. However, PB games never used separate hair meshes, so hair doesn’t disappear.
I remember seeing an early video of Gothic 3 with very limited camera controls and it showed the hero with a ponytail. I think they removed it because it was rather long and would clip through the armour, though nothing as bad as Geralt’s hair in The Witcher.

CSP’s version is much closer to the original though, the colour is a bit off but they’ll probably fix it.
